Roots & River Yoga | Deeper Breath

$35Yoga Therapist Tricia Kull will help you release tension in your body and improve its alignment, which will support a deeper breath. The primary focus of the workshop is the diaphragm, the “prime mover of the breath and the foundation of healthy breathing” — you will experience how limited spinal mobility, misalignment of the body, and unstable foundation all affect the depth of the breath; and you will learn how to use your legs and feet to provide a strong foundation for the breath.
No previous experience necessary — everyone welcome!
