Main Street Online

Main Street Online e-commerce tool was launched by Main Street America (MSA), in partnership with GoDaddy, to help businesses grow and strengthen their online and e-commerce capabilities.

It’s designed specifically for small businesses with 20 or fewer employees in the retail, service, and food and beverage sectors. After business owners complete the survey, they receive customized results on everything from POS systems, website platforms, and content creation software to help market their business.

Developed for both new and mature businesses, the tool is free and accessible to all small business owners (not just those in Main Street districts).

April 2020 MSA Survey Finds...

  • Nearly 67% of small businesses had no e-commerce component.
  • Of the one-third that did, all indicated that it made up less than 25% of sales volume.
  • E-commerce identified as a top priority for technical assistance.
