*Chief Frech passed away on March 30, 2021. He was the embodiment of community policing, always present at community events keeping an eye on things, chatting away, and getting to know everyone in his town.
The Potomac Street Mile is very much in the spirit of Chief Frech: easygoing, welcoming, and right in the heart of downtown. If you believe, like Chief Frech did, that events like this are what get people invested in caring about where they live and building strong communities, join us.
