Kitchen Giftables: Make-Your-Own Marshmallows & Cocoa Mix

Who would turn down a steaming cup of cocoa topped with fresh, pillow-y marshmallows on a cold winter’s day? Once you see how easy & delicious it is to make homemade marshmallows, you’ll never go back to store-bought! Each participant in this hands-on workshop will make their own bag of decadent hot cocoa mix, cook & whip up their own batch of sugar syrup, and practice cutting & dusting the finished marshmallows. Recipes & a sample gift tag will be available after class.

**Please note that this class requires cooking sugar syrup to a very high temperature (240 degrees F). It is recommended that participants be at least 12 years of age or older.
