2020 Façade & Interior Improvement Grantees

The Brunswick Main Street Façade and Interior Improvement Grant was created to financially assist commercial and, beginning in 2020, residential property owners in the Brunswick Main Street district who wish to improve the interior or exterior of their space. To find out more about it, click here!

Brunswick Grooming Spa, 19 E. Potomac St. (Ted Lapkoff) New roof.
Brunswick Heritage Museum, 40 W. Potomac St. (Jim Castle) Repointing (the process of renewing mortar joints between bricks damaged by weathering and decay, to keep out water & prevent structural deterioration).
Brunswick Sports and Apparel, 302 W. Potomac St. (Abbie Ricketts) New HVAC.
Citizen Bldg., 101 W. Potomac St (John Andrew) Sealing and striping of parking lot.
Potomac Street Grill, 31 E. Potomac St. (Abed Alteifan) Installation of energy-efficient breezeway.
