Brunswick Main Street and the City of Brunswick have partnered together to once again secure funding for the Brunswick Building Blocks Program. Currently there is $275,000.00 that is available for properties on Main Street and Brunswick City. At this time, properties in the Main Street District will be given priority, however, Brunswick City businesses may still apply for possible award. Selected applicants will receive a one-time award to improve eligible commercial properties. Ideal projects will strengthen the property’s infrastructure, and therefore, have a major impact on the building’s overall usability, viability, and marketability.
