Milton Frech Jr 22nd Annual Potomac Street Mile

This memorial race honors Chief Milton Frech Jr., who served as Brunswick’s Chief of Police from 2009 until his passing in 2021. The 22nd Potomac Street Mile is a one‑mile community race held on August 29, 2026, featuring two age‑based heats and a flat out‑and‑back course along East Potomac Street. Participants who pre‑register by August 15 receive guaranteed shirts, and race proceeds support the Brunswick Heritage Museum and Brunswick Main Street.
