Our Committees
Design Committee
Dr. Wayne Allgaier, Chairr
The Design Committee supports our community’s transformation by enhancing the physical and visual assets that set the commercial district apart. Activities include developing plans for green spaces, public art, and wayfinding.
Design Committee meetings occur on the third Tuesday of the month at 3:30pm. You can email the Design Committee at design@brunswickmainstreet.org with questions or comments.
Promotions Committee

The Promotions Committee positions the downtown as the center of the community and hub of economic activity, while creating a positive image that showcases a community’s unique characteristics. Activities include marketing local businesses and creating events to draw downtown visitors.
Promotions Committee meetings are held virtually on the fourth Wednesday of the Month at 7pm.* You can email the Promotions Committee at promotions@brunswickmainstreet.org with questions or comments.
*Exceptions to this schedule: In November the meeting is held the third Wednesday, and in December there is no meeting.
Organization Committee

The Organization Committee creates a strong foundation for a sustainable revitalization effort, including cultivating partnerships, community involvement, and resources for the district. Activities include volunteer development and fundraising.

Brunswick Vitality Team

The Brunswick Vitality Team focuses on capital, incentives, and other economic and financial tools to assist new and existing businesses, catalyze property development, and create a supportive environment for entrepreneurs and innovators that drive local economies.
