Natural Strategies for Post Traumatic Stress

This workshop cover how to train your mind and your body to release trauma, reduce sensitivity to triggers and improve insomnia and nervousness so you can be present for your friends and family again without oversedation or worry about how to react. These strategies can be done with or without being on medication, so you can feel confident in trying them on your own.

Sam Francis, owner and chief practitioner of Five Dances Wellness Center, teaches this empowering seminar, based on her clinical experience working with patients with post-traumatic stress over the last 12 years. Veterans, first-responders, surviors of abuse-This is for anyone who wants to learn natural, inexpensive self-care strategies to work with their trauma to release emotions into calm and peace.
